Just the Poems is a static website. It has no user accounts, no registration, no log-in, no contact forms and no newsletter. It does not ask you for any personal information.

Who runs this site. This site is run by AGENTHICAL, S.L. Its company details are in the Legal notice.

Advertising and cookies. This site shows advertising from Google AdSense. Some pages show no advertising and do not load Google's advertising code. The site itself sets no cookies of its own.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland first see a consent message from Google. Until you answer it, no cookies are used to personalise ads. If you do not consent, Google may still show ads that are not personalised, without cookies used for personalisation.

Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar identifiers to show ads, to measure them, to prevent fraud and, if you consent, to personalise them. The cookies and identifiers Google declares for this purpose include __gads, __gpi, __eoi, IDE, DSID, test_cookie, FCCDCF and FCNEC. Analytics. Page views and a small number of navigation events, such as opening a long poem or using the share panel, are recorded by Umami, an analytics application that runs on infrastructure operated by the site owner named above rather than by a third-party analytics provider. Umami works without cookies. Your IP address and browser user agent are seen by the server when your browser requests a page, as they are by any web server.

Server logs. The web server does not keep a log of page visits. Its error log can include the IP address of a request that failed.
Retention: the error log has a fixed maximum size; its oldest entries are overwritten as new ones arrive.

Domain and delivery. The domain justthepoems.com uses Cloudflare as its DNS provider; Cloudflare does not proxy or terminate traffic to this site. Certificates are issued by Let's Encrypt.

External content. The site's own fonts and images are served from this site. Apart from the advertising described above, no content is embedded from third-party services, and no third-party scripts run on these pages other than the analytics and the advertising described above. The share links and the Facebook and Pinterest links at the bottom of each page open the service you choose; nothing is sent to it unless you use the link.
